Measuring btw 9'' long and 2'' wide with at least 1'' of unctuous meat on top of the bone. Slow cooked you'll find a marvelous blend of tenderness and beef flavor that great American BBQ is known for.

Raised in Americas Midwest only on small independent farms this Tajima Pedigree Domestic Wagyu is of the finest grade you can find.
