Berkshire Rib Chop (1 ea.) – Premium Heritage Pork, Tender & Flavorful

At Truffle Pig Ltd., we only sell one type of pork: Heritage Berkshire. Yes, it is more expensive, but it’s worth it. Berkshire pork, also known as Kurobuta, is commonly referred to as the wagyu of pork. 

Berkshire pork is dark pink in color, has very nice intramuscular marbling, and has thick, luscious fat caps, all of which melt down to baste your meat as it cooks.

We sell our chops with the rib cap intact. Because its so good. Note that not all chops on the loin will have meat outside the loin on the cap. only the first few chops towards the sirloin have the meaty cap shown in our photo.
