Berkshire Pork Tenderloin (1 ea.) – Premium Heritage Pork, Tender & Flavorful

At Truffle Pig Ltd., we only sell one type of pork: Heritage Berkshire. Yes, it is more expensive, but it’s worth it. Berkshire pork, also known as Kurobuta, is commonly referred to as the wagyu of pork. 

Berkshire pork is dark pink to red in color, has very nice intramuscular marbling, and has thick, luscious fat caps, all of which melt down to baste your meat as it cooks. 

Our tenderloins are around 14oz ea.
